The MEDIAlab project, organized by the Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan in partnership with five higher education institutions – Baku State University, ADA University, Azerbaijan University of Languages, Baku Slavic University, and the State Academy of Physical Education and Sports – aims to support the integration of traditional media into digital media in the educational process, increase the personnel potential in the relevant field to enhance human resource development, which acts as a key link in the technological transformation chain, create a favorable environment for improving digital media skills among youth, and foster the formation of new ideas in line with modern media challenges. Additionally, it seeks to contribute to the expansion of mutual activities and cooperation among higher education institutions. The project consists of two components, focusing on awareness-raising and skill development.
- Awareness-raising – organizing seminars, training, workshops and networking events to improve the theoretical knowledge of young people in line with the requirements of the digital media environment;
- Skills development – organizing various projects, programs and competitions to develop skills in young people in the field of innovation, technology and digitalization in the media field.
Within the framework of the project, it is planned to organize seminars, training sessions, and networking events to improve young people's theoretical knowledge in line with the requirements of the digital media environment, as well as various projects, programs, and competitions aimed at developing practical skills in youth in the areas of media innovation, technology, and digitization.
